My passion is empowering and assisting others to realize their full potential. 

As a Sales Engineering leader, I have provided knowledge and thought leadership that I have acquired throughout my career to assist organizations and Sales Engineers. It’s my goal to see the Sales Engineer role continue to evolve and provide an impact for any organization.

With over 12 years of collective experience, the team at The Sales Engineering Coaching Group has had a tremendous amount of success as Sales Engineering leaders working for multinational companies like Cisco, Motorola, Nortel, 3M, AT&T, CommScope, Larsen & Toubro, Shell Recharge, ElectroNeek, Wise Systems, and Hitron.  We all agreed that it was an absolute pleasure selling the products and services of these organizations, however the biggest benefit was hiring and working with some of the best Sales Engineers in the world that are and will continue to do great things.  What we enjoyed most was the coaching sessions with every sales engineer, helping them navigate through complex opportunities, and relationships or just to assist them with growing their career.  Along with that, we have had the opportunity to create many artifacts for organizations to provide clarity for Sales Engineers to navigate through the Sales Process, improve the customer’s journey, and increase revenue.
